LCCA provides counseling and representation on a range of issues relating to family and minors, including divorce, legal separation and premarital conventions, property listing and homestay, alimony (minors, adults and former spouse), regulation, alteration and non-fulfillment of parental responsibilities, extrajudicial sharing of couple's property and post-divorce inventory process, civil tutelary proceedings, authorization to sell minor's property.

Defending the client's interests in court, valuing negotiation and seeking settlement on particularly sensitive topics, the family and juvenile area includes representation in review and confirmation of foreign judgment (recognition of marriage, divorce and other court decisions and foreign authorities), like decisions from Canada, the United States, Bermuda and Brazil, establishment of maternity and paternity, adoption, protection of endangered children and youth, and educational tutelage processes (crimes committed by children under 16), among others.
