Defending the client's interests in court, valuing negotiation and seeking settlement on particularly sensitive topics, the family and juvenile area includes representation in review and confirmation of foreign judgment (recognition of marriage, divorce and other court decisions and foreign authorities), like decisions from Canada, the United States, Bermuda and Brazil, establishment of maternity and paternity, adoption, protection of endangered children and youth, and educational tutelage processes (crimes committed by children under 16), among others.
