LCCA provides advisory and representation services to foreign citizens, either from an administrative (namely, from the Foreigners and Borders Service - SEF) or judicial perspective, who intend to reside and invest in Portugal, with emphasis on Residence Permits for Investment activity (Golden Visa) and other visas and residence permits, non-habitual resident tax regime, obtaining Portuguese nationality, obtaining and certifying all necessary documentation, recognition of foreign judgments.
